Rebuilding Lives.
For a veteran living with post-traumatic stress, the war doesn't end when they come home. The hard part is translating a high-intensity experience into stable routines, relationships, and day-to-day life.
Following medically supervised treatment abroad, One and Done provides structured, non-clinical reintegration support in Texas that are practical, disciplined, and built for long-term, real-world recovery.

Reintegration in Action
We are launching pilot residential reintegration cohorts in Texas in the coming months, in a temporary setting, to validate the operating model and outcomes tracking. These pilots lead into building a permanent Texas-based residential reintegration center as the long-term home for the model.
A residential environment focused on routines, stability, peer support, and re-entry planning.
Programs run for two weeks (10-14 days) and are refined as pilots teach us what works best.
Spouses/partners can participate in planning and support where safe and appropriate.
We work alongside existing care teams and escalate to licensed providers when needed.
We measure progress over time with transparency and clear limits on what we can claim.
Philanthropic support helps us launch pilots now and build the permanent center next.
The Veterans Healing Fund
At the heart of military service is a simple promise: leave no one behind. We carry that promise into our mission of healing. The Veterans Healing Fund provides direct, immediate support to veterans, removing financial stress so they can focus completely on their recovery and their family.
Our approach is built on a community of mutual support where veterans are empowered to heal and then help others do the same.
The Recoverable Grant Model
Philanthropic funding removes barriers so veterans can enter reintegration support when they are ready.
Support covers two weeks of non-clinical residential reintegration, plus follow-up planning.
Veterans and supporters can choose to contribute back, helping the next cohort.
Shaping the Future of Veteran Care
The landmark legislative victory in Texas, securing $50 million for ibogaine research, proves what is possible when vision meets strategic action. We are now positioned to leverage this momentum and establish veteran reintegration as a government-funded standard of care nationwide.
Our approach is grounded in a compelling financial case, using economic models to show significant taxpayer savings and reduced long-term disability costs.
We will engage VA, HHS, and key allies to position One and Done as the national leader in reintegration for veterans.
Our ultimate goal is to turn groundbreaking research into accessible, life-changing care that is fully supported at the state and federal levels.
The Blueprint is Ready & The Mission is Personal
The foundation for One and Done is taking shape. We are preparing pilot reintegration cohorts, refining our operating model, and building a team of advisors focused on safety, ethics, and measurement. We are moving from planning to disciplined implementation.
This work is driven by our founder and board chair, Tony Glace. After his own profound healing journey, he answered a call to serve our nation's veterans. We have the blueprint and the builder. Now, we are seeking the partners to help us make durable recovery possible.
